BPO turn around time is usually 24 hours or less. We currently have completed REOs, BPOs and Short Sale negotiations for Countrywide, Chase, Aurora Home Loans, Saxon Mortgage, GMAC, Litton Home Loans, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Bank of America, and American Home Mortgage.

We specialize exclusively in the South East Michigan and Oakland, Macomb, Wayne County areas.
